Nord Here at Waterstrike, we take
immense pride and satisfaction bringing you the best bloodlines and
genetics' that money can buy. Years of research go in to our
breeding as well as experience. Waterstrike only breeds
"exceptional" bitches, (tested through training, temperment testing,
natural abilities, accomplishments, physical soundness and the breed
standard) from well sought "proven" parents and grandparents. The
word "average" is not in our vocabulary, nor is it seen in our
puppies/dogs. We feel that the pups and breedings will follow the
bitch/sires that produce them. We expect nothing less. Our
standards are well above what you might expect to see elsewhere. We
produce quality, not quanity. The timings of our breedings are based
upon demand. Every puppy/dog is uniquely raised and started to
obtain their full potential, whether it be for companionship, hunting,
hunt tests, field trials, utility, obediance, show ring, drug or search
and rescue work. We do not breed for a specific color(s)(
black/yellow/chocolate), even though it is produced in our litters.
The color of the dog, we feel is the most irrelevant aspect of the
breed. In closing, we feel the Labrador Retriever is the most
